How to find work and apply

Many employers offer structured graduate programs in specific streams located in the major capital cities. These programs rotate graduates around different areas and provide first class training. Large employers will often attend university career events to promote their graduate recruitment programs. Applications for these programs usually open in April/March. The process can take a long time to complete and involves multiple testing and interview stages.
