I support Project Managers with managing teams, budgets, design and clients. I also perform technical work such as traffic assessments, flood studies and floodplain upgrades. I assist with writing bids for small to medium-sized projects. I collaborate with our offices across Australia to draw on more experienced technical staff to solve challenges.

I assist my team on urban development projects by managing and arranging site visits, managing stakeholder information in a database, managing project inboxes and telephone lines, writing communications material and organising events.

I enjoy the responsibility given to me around major projects. Can often be frustrated by inability to move items along.

I partake in soil and groundwater field work and also office based report writing and data logging

My current role involves a lot of field based work and travel. I usually work alone and organise my workload and regularly engage with clients.

Managing client technical requirements under their contract between them and the builder of their major infrastructure project.

Project management and admin

My day usually consists of writing environmental assessments using desktop investigations and technical reports undertaken by others, but can also include meetings with clients, site visits and project management.

Involved in site strategy and execution of field works.

Responsible for working on a variety of project and ensuring that I complete them with a high quality of work.

My role involves a mixture of delivering technical acoustic project, managing multi-disciplinary projects, business development and bidding.
