There are so many people from all around the world at Kraft Heinz. People with different backgrounds, religions, beliefs etc. are all welcome here. It's fantastic that the company promote this, as it creates a wonderful culture for innovation and fresh ideas.

Our workplace us extremely diverse, there are people from all different cultures and backgrounds and it is a very inclusive and respectful environment. There are a lot of women in the business, however, there could be more women in the ELT. Their maternity leave package is fantastic and allows both mothers and fathers to stay at home with the new born. They have a big commitment to retention and promotion as well.

There is definitely a focus on diversity and inclusion. The recruitment process seemed fair and open to all candidates that met the eligibility.
