Please describe the interview process and assessments.
The recruitment process had testing and then a video interview, assessment center, face to face interview and an interview panel with the ELT. I thought it was a great way to see the companies culture and learn more about it.

Online application, online testing, video interview, assessment center day, one-on-one interview, interview with the Executive Leadership Team. It is a very rigorous process and Kraft Heinz are really trying to figure out whether you will fit in with the Company's culture. I think it is very similar to other graduate program's recruiting processes, but does push you to be your best and you learn a lot along the way.
