I have a very good relationship with my immediate manager and feel extremely supported by all seniors in my department.

My direct supervisor is great and he has given me a lot of responsibly early on so that I can learn quickly. He gives frequent praise and recognition. We could probably do better at formally going over my performance. I find that some of the managers towards the top (more in operations than technical/chem eng) tend to micro-manage but I haven't had to deal with it personally as of yet.

It varies, depending on what level of management you refer to. My day to day manager is very good at keeping an eye on me and offering coaching when needed.

I have only had great interactions with management. If I need assistance, they are very approachable

Most are high quality people who drive high standards within their areas. Good performance is always recognised and they are always willing to give the grads constructive advice to help them grow.

In my first month of work my immediate mentors have been great. They have been patience with my learning curve and hard working taking on my added workload. They remain positive and give constants feedback on how to improve.
