The AIST Super Grads program identifies graduates to be employed by one of the member funds or associations making a difference to the quality of retirement for millions of Australians. Through the AIST Super Grads program, participants gain valuable work experience, in addition to structured development opportunities.

We have an exciting opportunity on a 12 month fixed term contract for a high potential graduate to join IFM Investors, a diversified and truly aligned global fund manager. This is an outstanding opportunity to kick-start your career at a leading global institutional fund manager.

As the IFM Investors 2019 Super Grad, you will work on a rotational program across asset classes and business support areas. These can be tailored, and IFM will consider your previous work experience and personal preferences when developing rotations.

An example of how your rotation could look:

• 3 months – Commercial Team
• 6 months – with an Asset Class
• 3 months – Environmental, Social and Governance

In this entry-level position, you will be based in Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, and have the opportunity to build on technical skills developed during your recent university studies.
