It varies a lot by team. I am in a good team, but many other teams have issues e.g. far too concerned with avoiding conflict at all costs, being overly politically correct, etc.

There is an amazing culture here, and an effort is made to include people. When there is an issue however, sometimes it can get ignored and swept under the rug.

Teamwork amongst colleagues really does thrive at Boeing, help is given where help is needed. Working hours are quite flexible with the ability to come in earlier to finish earlier, or start later to finish later.
