If you volunteer for stuff, and put your hand up (particularly STEM engagement), then unexpected perks can arise that are only offered to those people. I have seen a movie for free thanks to that. I've also been to networking events and catered lunches and things - taxis to and from paid for by the company. Travel, in general, happens in Boeing a lot. A trip to Melbourne or the U.S. for my team to collaborate with other Boeing folks. Also, the graduate program does pretty awesome tours of different Boeing sites as part of it. For example: I have photo of myself sitting in the pilot's chair of a Blackhawk helicopter.

Well, to be honest, i don't know. There is a system for perks and discounts on accommodation, flights, flowers, etc. but it's not advertised very clearly. I don't even know if i could access it from my personal computer or how to use it.

Being a Boeing employee, should you ever wish to visit the manufacturing facilities in the USA you will be granted free tours ON the workshop floor with your family. Standard tours to the public are only from a platform.
