Too much soft skills training. Zero technical training (especially for software folks who make up most of the Brisbane office!). Too much redundant training that covers the same stuff - especially for new starters and then double again for graduates. The left and right hands that organise the training do not seem to talk to each other.

Plenty of training is available. Mandatory training is a drag and sometimes it feels like a waste of time and irrelevant to your day to day job (even if it is not really irrelevant).
