Here's how:

1. Our rotation process:
Your two years graduate program can include one rotation. This rotation is not compulsory as we think that to become an expert, you need time. Time to explore your field, the culture of the company and create your professional network.

2. A dedicated learning path within 2 steps:
First, giving you the right tools to master your environment: Through a tailored learning path you will explore your field and the project life cycle. To become an expert, you also need to understand all the other departments involved in a project.
Secondly, by mastering your relationships: Because a company is first about people and their interactions, at BYCA we insist on your interaction skills development. A learning path will help you mastering your interactions both internally & externally. You will also be involved in social events so you can build your professional network.

3. Adapt your skills overseas:
As our business is implemented internationally, it is essential that you get an experience in one of our project overseas. A 6 months experience overseas is waiting for you at the end of your graduate program.

3. Attend a Recruitment event in June
4. Start on Feb. 2021
