What does a successful Capgemini team member look like?

  • Will have knowledge of Digital and what that entails
  • Has good interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders

  • May have experience in mobile, responsive website design
  • May be familiar with core technologies (HTML/CSS/SQL/JavaScript/Guidewire/Salesforce)
  • Enjoys thinking through and communicating complex interactions and processes
  • Enjoys the structure of formal business processes, yet has the ability to innovate and show creativity

    • It can be stressful at times.
