Supply Management Trainee– program overview

This program is uniquely developed to identify, engage and develop tomorrow's leaders who will continue to innovate and build a market leading supply capability with the world's leading brewer. Through the 12 month program, you will build technical expertise, learn about our local and global business, and have direct exposure to senior leaders and complete rotations through Packaging, Brewing, Maintenance, Logistics and Supply Chain operations.

The initial induction is based at our Melbourne Southbank Head Office and industry field experiences may be based in either Queensland, Melbourne or Tasmania. Flexibility and mobility to live interstate for extended periods of time is essential throughout the program.

Who we are looking for:

You will have graduated in 2017 or be graduating in 2018 with a Bachelor or Masters degree within Engineering or Science. You also possess:

  • An interest in kick-starting a career with the worlds' #1 global brewer
  • Unrestricted work rights and be able to commence full-time work in January 2019
  • Less than 2 years fulltime work experience by program start date (not including internship, co-op, part-time or casual employment)
  • Geographical mobility – you may be based at different brewery or office locations during the 12-month training program and you should be willing to relocate throughout your career
  • Fluency in English
