Carlton & United Breweries (CUB) is one of Australia's most iconic companies.
We brew some of Australia's most beloved beers and ciders including Victoria Bitter, Carlton Draught, Pure Blonde, Great Northern, Strongbow, Mercury and Bulmers. We employ nearly 1,600 people in Australia, at our five breweries and various offices across the country.
As a part of AB InBev, the largest and only truly global brewer, we also brew and distribute global iconic brands such as Corona, Stella Artois and Budweiser.
Kick-off your career and progress as a leader in the manufacturing and logistics industry with our Supply Management Trainee (SMT) Program.
What is the SMT Program?
Develop the technical skills to brew the beers we're famous for across a 12-month functional training program in the Supply function.
Working closely with our senior leaders, you'll also expand your leadership skills by managing hands-on projects centered around technical and practical challenges.
Are you up for a challenge?
We're on the hunt for the next generation of graduates who are determined to dream big, empowered to lead change and ready for the chance to create real-world impact.
To be eligible to apply, you'll have less than two years of full-time work experience and hold (or be studying towards) a Bachelor or Masters (or equivalent) degree in either:
What are the steps to becoming an SMT?
We take the selection of our graduates as seriously as brewing the world's best beer. That's why the SMT recruitment process has seven stages, designed to make sure that you and Carlton & United Breweries are the right fit.
