The office is definitely diverse. We have a special LGBTI group within the firm. There are people that work part time. Maternity leave is 18 weeks paid.. There is a lot of mobility within the Clifford Chance network and lots of people that have moved to international offices.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
We work with the Careertracker program for Indigenous Australians and currently have a paralegal (still at university) from that program that has been with us for 2 years.
