Working in teams to provide quality products to our clients is rewarding even though it may not seem like much at first. Everything we do leads to the goals we set and we are encouraged to surpass the goals to improve client satisfaction as well as our own growth.

Automation and functional testing in digital industry (telecom domain) clicking, e-learning

Documentation or Profiling the work related to the project - Writing and Develop queries/automated functions when required - Do so misc. work outside of your expected duties relating to your job (Formatting and creating templates on certain documentation)

I'm a Quality Assurance Tester and this is not where I want to be. At the moment all I am doing is Manual Testing Software - it is extremely tedious...

Currently, I am managing the offshore training team and am acting as the client liaison. I am also involved in the PMO space within the planning and scoping areas.

From day to day I meet with clients, understand their requirements and develop information management and analytics solutions.

My current role right now is program analyst trainee, as a graduate from electrical engineering background. I am still learning how to embrace latest CRM technology and think as IT consultant. I believe right now I am in a middle of watching-and-learning stage, I just hope I can be billable as soon as possible.

Manage data for testing and perform manual testing

Role has not stabilized but recent day-to-day involves assisting upgrade of client's communication application.

My role within the company is Programmer Analyst Trainee. My day-to-day responsibilities include utilising Test Automation tools such as Selenium to run test cases and ensure that a website's functionality is adhering to the overall specification. I also provide off-site testing support to clients when required.

Performing data based analytics and reporting for an organisation in the health services sector.

Just beginning to engage in client projects and gain experience so do not have a large understanding of my day-to-day activities.
