Within Risk, you will play a key role across Business & Private Banking (BPB) in the decision making process when implementing changes as well as managing incidents and issues that might affect the business. You will effectively review, test, manage and monitor BPB's processes, controls and internal/external changes in the business environment. By doing so, will ensure that risks are identified, addressed and mitigated to achieve optimal outcomes for BPB and our customers.
We are looking for people who are critical thinkers to partner with the business to identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions. You'll have good communication skills to consult and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You'll be analytical to view data driven insights to solve problems.

Our 18 month rotational graduate program starting on 15 February 2021, gives you a taste of what it's like to work with Australia's best bank. You'll have the unique opportunity to have 4 rotations to give you a holistic understanding of what Business & Private Banking has to offer. At the end of the program, you'll roll off into the team and location you started the program in.
