WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU

We want you to leverage and champion our market leading technology platform so being digitally savvy is a must. 

You will be detail oriented and be able to demonstrate critical thinking, but also be able to see the big picture. You are adaptable and ready to demonstrate your leadership skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as being commercially astute and passionate about customer service.

It centres around 4 key elements:

• Shine: Contribute from day one by working on real projects that impact our business and our customers, within Australia's largest bank.
• Develop: Participate in market-leading training to develop your technical and soft skills. This will help with the transition to full-time work from university and ensure you excel in your immediate and future roles.

• Contribute: Give back to the community through graduate initiatives, driving positive change across our organisation and improving the wellbeing of our graduate cohort.

Our Analytics stream offers an 18 month program commencing on 15th February 2021 and includes four rotations in areas such as Insights, Advanced Analytics, Data Science and Risk.

You will form part of a broader cohort under the Retail Banking Services stream, which also incorporate our Commercial and Digital Graduates. In addition to your three analytics rotations, you will get the opportunity to work with this broader cohort and get direct exposure to our customers through our branch network, call centres and through a unique Design Thinking experience. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• You are an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident at the time of your application (essential);
• In your final year of your university degree or have graduated within the last 12 months (essential); and
• Achieving at least a credit average across your university degree (essential).
