The hiring process had a few steps for the graduate program - first, an online application (inc resume & cover letter), then online assessments, a video interview and then an in-office assessment centre where we completed a number of activities as well as a face to face interview.
Graduate, Sydney - 28 Jan 2020
The hiring process had a lot of steps but progressed faster than at any other company I applied to. After the initial application there was an online assessment, video interview with pre-recorded questions, and an in-person assessment centre which combined a traditional interview with other activities assessing how we worked in groups and problem solving skills
Graduate, Sydney - 24 Jan 2020
10 minutes 1-1 interviews with 4 interviewers, gives the candidate a chance to showcase their ability in a fair manner that is not biased
Graduate, Sydney - 24 Jan 2020
Quite challenging.
Graduate, Sydney - 24 Jan 2020
* Online application - Standard Easy * Logic & psychometric analysis - Standard and very boring and not at all transparent about how people are assessed. * Video Interview - Great if you are sociable, but terrible if you aren't. It can result in a lot of false negatives where talented but not very social people get unfairly knocked out at this stage. * Assessment Centre - A great experience overall, very much like most assessment centres but a cut above the rest I'd say.

Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
It's always good to get in to the department you are most interested in. Otherwise, getting in to the company is a foot in the door and there are a lot of internal opportunities after the graduate program. To prepare, be yourself. Do not be so overly professional. I walked in to the meeting very casual to the point where I felt like I was just having a regular conversation with friends. Describe what you are really interested in and ask the question back to them to see if the role you are applying for fulfils your interests. Talk abut general interests such as project management, problem solving kind of interests and not super role specific interests.

Graduate, Sydney - 24 Jan 2020
Use the STAR method. Come prepared with concrete examples. Spend some time to understand the Group's purpose and values and how you align to them
Graduate, Sydney - 24 Jan 2020
* Practice video interviews, practice fake interviews in front of a camera. * In the assessment centre they are looking for people who are both very competent but also team players. So definitely sell yourself, make sure people notice your talent and smarts but also make sure ask others their opinions and genuinely consider others thoughts and show you are team player. * The online assessments while very un-transparent are also very common in Australia. So it is easy to get test assessments online that are similar that you can use to practice.
