The hiring process had a few steps for the graduate program - first, an online application (inc resume & cover letter), then online assessments, a video interview and then an in-office assessment centre where we completed a number of activities as well as a face to face interview.
Graduate, Sydney - 28 Jan 2020
The hiring process had a lot of steps but progressed faster than at any other company I applied to. After the initial application there was an online assessment, video interview with pre-recorded questions, and an in-person assessment centre which combined a traditional interview with other activities assessing how we worked in groups and problem solving skills

10 minutes 1-1 interviews with 4 interviewers, gives the candidate a chance to showcase their ability in a fair manner that is not biased

Quite challenging.
Graduate, Sydney - 24 Jan 2020
* Online application - Standard Easy * Logic & psychometric analysis - Standard and very boring and not at all transparent about how people are assessed. * Video Interview - Great if you are sociable, but terrible if you aren't. It can result in a lot of false negatives where talented but not very social people get unfairly knocked out at this stage. * Assessment Centre - A great experience overall, very much like most assessment centres but a cut above the rest I'd say.

Assessment centre was made up of three components: 1. Group task centred on using customer data to innovate a product or service 2. Interview with two leaders 3. Individual task, essentially a 2 minute speech on an industry trend with 10 minutes prep time

There were a few online assessments and then a video interview before the assessment centre which consisted of an interview, team activity and individual activity.
