Training opportunities are fantastic both within the business unit as well as within the graduate program.
Graduate, Perth - 28 Jan 2020
The graduate program focuses on soft skills, teaching things like how to give/receive feedback, presentation and networking skills, and resilience. I've also heard that there are official scrum master certification courses (not sure if in-house or external), and the company also sponsors for staff to attend conferences such as the NDC (they sponsored all the dev grads to go). There is also a strong focus on personal development plans throughout the year.

Some great training, such as Collin James, some random Grad talks that have been a hit-or-miss, but a bit lacking in terms of more targeted training for individuals based on teams.
