Our 2019 IBL Program will expose you to real jobs, real experiences and real learning which will allow you to gain valuable workplace experience relevant to your chosen field of study.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Network Development and DTB business units with operational queries as well as supporting the opening and closing process of dealers in the DTB network.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the network strategy by analysing and evaluating dealership performance, competitors' and market data.
  • Provide administration & coordination support for the DTB Training Academy, including assisting with communication and marketing activities to the dealer network.
  • Assist in producing critical reporting across DTB.
  • Providing support for DTB Network initiatives, including preparation of training and audit materials, tracking of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Elite Support and database maintenance.
  • Liaising externally with dealers and internally with various DTB Stakeholders.

You will need to commit to full-time office hours until end of January 2020.

What we are looking for:

You are an undergraduate student currently completing your second year or have at least one year of your tertiary qualification remaining in a Business related discipline (as at January 2019), and have a strong interest in business operations and continuous improvement. You possess exceptional interpersonal, organisational and time management skills, and an advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. You will have high attention to detail and be diligent when working with complex documents. As this is a varied role, you will be flexible in your approach, eager to learn and happy supporting numerous colleagues.
