Datacom Recruitment Coordinator - 6 month contract

The Role

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to to join our Melbourne office. We are passionate and proactive in finding the best talent and our team is focused on delivering to future opportunities across our internal teams. This role responsibilities include; candidate management and care, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and compliance. Join a dynamic team that works across all of our locations and dive head first into the ever expanding sphere of Technology. Day to day you'll be actively phone interviewing candidates and arranging interviews, sourcing talent online and building talent pools to pipeline for future opportunities.

The Person

We're focused on finding a driven, proactive person with a strong focus on delivering results. This is an entry level opportunity so perhaps you have recently graduated or have some recruitment experience and looking for the next step. We value a sense of urgency, any IT knowledge and passion for working with people as your interpersonal skills and team-work is key to the role.
