The department has an incredibly inclusive culture and actively promotes diversity. There are many events and groups promoting inclusion and sharing knowledge about diversity.

I was a 50 year old graduate. I feel other departments would not take me on because of this. I was even asked discriminatory questions in my interview. I commend Industry for employing a mature aged grad and hope they continue this trend

I believe they are very encouraging. They have a traineeship program that focuses on indigenous Australians and people with disabilities. The people I know seem to come from a wide range of backgrounds.

There is an Indigenous intern program, Pride and Women�s' networks, no restrictions on age or graduation date for grads, and the interview and application process for the grad program is very heavy on the importance of diversity.
