We have a very diverse workforce and promote equal employment opportunities. As a stereotypically male dominated industry we take great pride of women in warehousing.

There is a good ratio between male and females in the workplace and your ethnicity or religion would never preclude you joining DHL.

The warehouses in particular are diversity rich with a culture of acceptance and respect. Some teams have monthly meet ups and share food from different cultures which has been great to see and be part of.

Excellent - DHL is a very multicultural company. The offices and warehouses are filled with all types of races, cultures and genders, all of various roles within the business.
