Zero Harm is one of our four pillars and it is at the heart of everything we do. As a Zero Harm Graduate, you will draw upon your technical knowledge to build a comprehensive understanding of how we develop and implement our Zero Harm principles and methodologies at every level of our organisation. You will gain hands-on experience through consultation and interaction with our operations and support functions.
The Downer Graduate Program will provide you with the opportunity to analyse and identify safety, quality, environment and wellbeing issues to assist in developing new strategies and initiatives. You will play a part in ensuring that every individual at Downer understands their obligations with regards to Zero Harm including the care for our people, our customers, the communities we work in and our clients.
