Calling all Finance Graduates

As a Downer Finance Graduate, you will rotate into a new position and team every six months to ensure you gain a breadth of experience and exposure across the whole organisation. Our Finance Graduates are required to relocate to undertake their rotations and we provide relocation and rental support to facilitate this.

During your four rotations you will perform as a valued contributor working in the Group Corporate Function, a CFO Office and a Divisional Project to gain a thorough understanding of what we do and how your role contributes to the day to day operations and longer-term success of our organisation.

We support our Finance Graduates to continue their professional education by undertaking either a CA or CPA qualification commencing within your first year of the program.
