About the Opportunity

As part of our Trainee Program you will be offered a combination of full-time and part-time work around your university timetable, giving you the opportunity to gain experience to the world of Accounting.

As part of our Business Advisory team you support a team dedicated to supporting organisations through their financial life cycle, ensuring they meet their business needs in complex market environments. From start-up through to expansion, tax advisory to accounting, you will support the wider team in providing a multidisciplinary approach to managing the entirety of their client's affairs.

At Findex we have a strong commitment to learning and development, we will ensure you are provided with the necessary soft skills, technical knowledge and professional requirements to succeed. As a Trainee, you will have access to the Findex Academy, a specialised, multifaceted and innovative learning curriculum designed to support our people to grow and achieve at every stage of their career.

We have Trainee opportunities within our Bathurst, Dubbo and Orange offices starting in July 2019.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Business/ Commerce majoring in Accounting
• Are collaborative and who thrive in a team
• Possess strong business acumen
• Display enthusiasm and receptiveness to ongoing feedback and mentoring.
• Have consistently strong written and verbal communication skills
