The Opportunity

As a Graduate joining our SMSF service line in early 2021, you will join a team responsible for providing personalised SMSF services while navigating an evolving set of superannuation and tax laws. You will be part of a close-knit and supportive team with a focus on innovation and collaboration.

As a graduate in our Superannuation team, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and interact with a diverse range of clients. You will gain experience in a firm that is embracing automation and the use of cloud technology to improve service delivery.

Our Family Office approach will allow you to provide more personalised advice to our clients, ensuring greater independence and client contact.

About you

We're searching for passionate people who are driven to accelerate their career. To be eligible for our graduate program you will be:

• In your final year of a Commerce / Business or Commerce / Law degree with a major in Accounting or have recently completed your degree (within 12 months at the time of application)
• Able to commence full-time work in February 2021
• Collaborative and thrive in a team-based environment
• Strategically focused and possess strong business acumen
• Dedicated to providing innovative solutions with a forward-facing mindset
• Able to adapt your communication style to fit a wide range of situations
