Culture at Fujitsu Australia

6.1
6.1 rating for Culture, based on 7 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Each team has a good culture and there is a growing disconnect between executive level and mid-level although this is being addressed
Midlevel, Sydney - 01 Mar 2018
Everyone is pretty friendly and easy to work with. The company is so large, that we work with teams across Australia and the globe, so meeting with others is sometimes in person and otherwise remotely. Fujitsu is pretty flexible and sometimes you can work from home. There is a social club with activities, but mostly people get together over coffee or lunch.

The culture, while changing, can sometimes beold and a bit stale. However in the last 12M this has been a focus, with input from past and present graduates and social clubs.

Strong bureaucracy at management and executive level, corporate culture is trying to change with the increased graduate employment, social opportunities through social club, HR rewards such as tickets to concerts etc.
