  • Supportive environment Loads of opportunities to learn and grow your career Flexible working.

  • Great opportunities in Sales Control your own destiny Learning about new technology trends daily Always learning.

  • The company has various business lines in which there are a lot of skills and activities that I am able to learn and try.

Cons

    • Corporate processes, bureaucracy.

    • Can get too busy in the small details to focus on the bigger items.

    • Sometime projects can be demanding It's a big company and it can be tricky to navigate through all of the different teams.

    • Lack of structured internal team support - you definitely need a few things going your way to succeed Too technical - would love to see an innovative/out of the box style way of integrating staff who don't have an IT background.

    • It takes time to understand the business and I need to be patient to explore the unknown until I solve the puzzle.
