Our Graduate Development Program is integrated and holistic in developing our future leaders and technical specialists, with a program that provides you with the tools and opportunities needed to establish and build a successful career with us. Our development program runs for two years with intensive learning and development modules, rotations and industry leading training.

Who are we looking for?

Our Canberra business has a variety of graduate roles commencing and we are seeking graduates who are completing their degree in the following areas:

• Civil Engineering
• Telecommunications/Computer System Engineering with a major in communication systems, Cyber security or Smart technologies (Communications & Security)
• International Development
• Environmental Science (Environment)
• Environmental Engineering (Environment)
• Project Management

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Graduating in 2019
• Passionate about your chosen field
• Exhibiting a desire to work in consultancy and on major projects
• Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills
• Capable of working in a multidisciplinary and global environment
• Ready to commence in February 2020
