I believe that I am paid well for the standard of work that I produce and the hours I work.

I have recently started as a graduate so I am not too sure. I understand our pay is competitive.

I believe that bonuses should be used more to reward strong performance.

I am pleased with the remuneration offered by my company.

Above-average pay for mid-tier firms. However, no bonuses are offered to lawyers, unlike most major commercial firms. Bonuses are only offered to senior associates. As a graduate, your pay will be fixed within a band for a few years. The size of the band increases as you get more senior.

I feel my company takes care of its staff. We are reimbursed for meals and for transport if we are required to work late. There are discount offers on tickets and corporate rates available for a number of different things.
