Have you recently graduated? There is so much more out there to learn! Wouldn't it be great to give your career a boost by working for a fast-moving and pioneering company? You will get the experience to work as a customer service officer with our team of medical and security experts to provide assistance services to our members living and travelling in remote locations overseas and working in a corporate environment.

We have an extensive induction period of 8 weeks; our next induction starting 9th March 2020. Induction hours are 8 am - 4.30 pm; Monday – Friday during the first 6 weeks.

To succeed with International SOS you will possess:

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast-paced energetic environment.
  • Experience or ability to work within a 24/7 rotating roster.
  • Customer service experience – all industries from retail to hospitality to call centre are valuable
  • A newly qualified graduate or a student looking to commence a career in a global organisation
