International SOS Desktop Support Engineer

THE ROLE

• Provide desktop and mobile device support
• Complete assigned incident and requests within Service Level Agreements.
• Provide telecommunications administration. This will include adds, moves, changes on the phone systems.
• Perform media destruction processes for retired hardware and keep records of such destruction.
• Provision new hardware / systems to end users.

To succeed with International SOS you will possess:

• Experience working in a complex Windows network environment and operating systems and applications.
• Microsoft MCSA or MCSE / University or TAFE qualification in IT.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of desktop systems both in terms of hardware and software, including Microsoft
• operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast paced energetic environment.
