Operations Coordinator

You will work alongside a passionate team of medical and security experts including doctors and nurses, to deliver high quality medical, security and travel telephonic and logistical services to our members, in close liaison with medical, aviation and logistical providers and with the support of your fellow Assistance Centre colleagues around the world.

  • Shorter working weeks with 12.5 hr shifts on a rotating 24/7 roster (Full time: You will work approximately 7 shifts per fortnight. Part time: 4 shifts per fortnight.) Ability to work nights essential.

YOU:

  • You have a good sense for high quality customer service, with real human touch and you naturally build rapport with people of all backgrounds.
  • You can work collaboratively in a team with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
  • You're a good communicator with professional level written and verbal English skills.
  • You ideally have developed a good level of geographical and cultural knowledge through your travels and/or overseas working experiences.
  • While call centre experience is not required, experience in high volume customer service environments is beneficial.

We have an extensive induction period of 8 weeks; our next induction starts on the 11th December 2018. Induction hours are 8 am - 4.30 pm; Monday – Friday.
