The pay is very good and there are bonuses available if you consistently score above your minimum production requirement.

Excellent for a graduate c.f. engineering salaries, but significantly less long term than an engineering salary. There are incentives other than pay.

I am satisfied with my pay at IPA. There are also opportunities for overtime and bonuses for very high achievers in Patents.

The salary is fairly good here. Most people have high level educations and and get paid accordingly. If you want more money, you can generally do overtime.

Very rewarding, increases with completion of levels in training and based on yearly performance thereafter. We are current bargaining a new enterprise agreement (EA) which will include a pay increase.

The Melbourne office is very small compared to the Canberra office, which gives the Melbourne office a very nice close knit atmosphere.
