We have access and are encouraged to recycle all waste. Lights and aircon is sensor driven and turns off when motion is not detectable within a space.

I believe this is local office driven. Every possible recycling scheme is subscribed to (e.g. glasses, toothbrushes, coffee pods, printer ink etc) as well as recycling and green waste composting. I'm unsure as to the power related policies.
