Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
I have not seen any reason to believe the company does not promote diversity.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
The company promotes plenty of organisations. Most recently we made a donation to the house of science in Tauranga which went onto schools in the BOP. The company is also a big supporter of the les Twentyman foundation in Australia.
