About the Opportunity: Undergraduate Electrical Engineer
 
Due to recent project successes and a strong project pipeline within, we currently have an interest in recruiting an Undergraduate Electrical Engineer for our Building Services team. Working within a multi-disciplinary environment, you will be exposed to various aspects of the role including producing electrical services drawings, specifications and reports as well as assisting senior Electrical Services Engineers with design and documentation.  
 
Some of the exciting projects that we are currently delivering include;

• Australian Education City in Melbourne,
• West Gate Tunnel project,
• Victorian Rail Infrastructure Program,
• Melbourne Airport expansion
• High Capacity Metro Train - Pakenham

As a Jacobs Undergraduate you will be providing specialist engineering design and project management input to multi-disciplinary teams at the forefront of building design.

About you

The successful candidate will:

• Complete your degree in 2019 (Electrical Engineering or similar)
• Be technically inquisitive
• Possess strong leadership skills
• Have the ability to work independently and in a team to learn from another perspective
• Communicate exceptionally well
• Ask questions and challenge the norm
• Be able to commence on 19 November 2018 and work through to March 2019 
• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident
