The Graduate experience

Our graduates hit the ground running in an intensive two year development program that will give you the tools, experiences and exposure to a range of business functions to fly high within Jetstar.

In our Finance Graduate program you will rotate through two 6 month rotations specifically in our Finance functions, followed by two 6 month rotations in the in different business units.

You will also be involved in multiple commercial and strategic projects spanning a number of Jetstar operations during your graduate journey that will give you a full understanding of our business. In return, you will be eligible for enticing staff travel/industry benefits and be part of an ever-changing and fast-paced organisation where you can make a real difference.

To be eligible to apply to the Jetstar Airways Graduate Program you must:

  • Be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Australia
  • Have completed a relevant (commerce of finance)undergraduate or postgraduate degree in 2016, 2017 or 2018
  • Be available to commence employment with Jetstar Airways in February 2019
  • Be able to attend key stages of the recruitment process, in person, if requested
