First 2 managers were really good, lots of feedback and had good relationships with them. My current manager, I get 0 help/feedback on anything.

Managers can be hit or miss depending on who you get placed with. Some projects can see you working for a power-hungry workaholic whereas others may see you reporting to a more understanding personality. All in all, most managers tend to be approachable when it comes to questions relating to work however, there can be times when managers see themselves as too busy or important to be assisting with graduate-level queries.

My managers have been helpful in pushing for allowances & pay rises. They also put a lot of effort into developing my skills & making the workplace enjoyable.

3-month progress meetings with Project Managers

Managers are fairly supportive and will provide feedback on what you can do better.

Very good manager and team leader

Managers are excellent and even higher up the line still, have time to briefly mentor and explain things.

Depends on the manager in question. For the most part, mine has been excellent.
