The pay is very good if calculated using the standard working hours each week. However, if taken into account the number of extra hours you will eventually work, it doesn't add up too much.

Pay is in line with what other tiers 1 company are paying their graduates which is currently at a reasonable level however, there is next to no compensation for a large amount of overtime that is required when working on sites and there are no RDO's or accrued leave entitlements.
