Everyone interacts well - both in the work environment and in social contexts. The hierarchy only exists in the work environment but this is becoming less apparent.

Teams have different dynamics. Some teams have a strong vertical hierarchy and culture of face-time while other teams work more horizontal and agile.

Like most workplaces, the culture varies significantly from team to team. For my part, I have loved the culture of the teams I have been a part of.

My colleagues are very friendly and inviting. I have no trouble approaching them if and when I have questions. Everyone is being very helpful in helping me settle in. When I have stayed after hours, my colleagues have offered assistance and made sure my wellbeing was maintained. I have the opportunity to meet and work with many team members because of the structure of our team.

Very welcoming and social. During office hours they work hard, however are very relaxed and personable. It does not feel hierarchical, but more team-like.

KWM is (for the most part) quite a social and convivial place to work. The people are generally friendly and approachable. One of KWM's objectives is to make KWM a 'great place to work' so there are lots of social clubs/sport clubs/book clubs and other activities going on which allows staff to be as involved as they wish.

Very social - lots of team bonding, firm events, drinks, etc. The experience really varies between teams so it's hard to comment on the firm as a whole generally the firm's culture is a supportive and friendly one.

Culture in the firm is generally laid back, with an expectation that everyone will do their work to a very high standard. The firm is also very social and values relationships inside and outside the office.

Not everyone is social but for those that are there are a number of enjoyable social events.

The partners with whom I have dealt have been very kind and fair people, and overall I don't think that there is a rigid hierarchy in place. Overall the people (at all levels and in all departments, legal and non-legal) are nice.
