The firm pays above average but could be higher for the amount of hours. It is also less than overseas opportunities.

The pay is market rate to stay competitive - it's a good starting salary. Difficult to know how/when pay increases will occur. As far as I know, KWM does not provide bonuses - particularly to grads.

I haven't had much experience with bonuses as I've only started recently, but the grad starting salary is generous.

KWM has a fantastic internal cafe that does breakfast and lunch (as well as coffee and snacks) all at cost price. The food is fantastic and always of a high quality. If you work after 7:30pm you are entitled to dinner, either prepared by the cafe or you can order in and if you work past 8pm you are entitled to a cab home. We are also entitled to a free gym membership, the office has showers with towel service and free parking after 5pm weekdays and on weekends.

Most perks are quite usual for top-tier law firms. We have a very good in-house chef so there is always plenty of super yum food!
