What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The firm pays above average but could be higher for the amount of hours. It is also less than overseas opportunities.
Graduate, Sydney - 06 Mar 2017
Pay is decent although per hour not fantastic.

Graduate, Sydney - 06 Mar 2017
I think the salary is market rate. Bonuses don't tend to apply at grad level so it's hard to comment.
Graduate, Brisbane/Sydney - 06 Mar 2017
The pay is market rate to stay competitive - it's a good starting salary. Difficult to know how/when pay increases will occur. As far as I know, KWM does not provide bonuses - particularly to grads.
Graduate, Perth - 03 Mar 2017
I have no complaints about pay at all. I would be happier with less in return for less hours/more interesting work etc.
Graduate, Sydney - 03 Mar 2017
Whilst there are no bonuses, the graduate pay is very good.
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Mar 2017
I think it is around the industry average for a top tier law firm.

Seems in line with the market.
Graduate, Sydney - 02 Mar 2017
Pay is monthly - some people may find it difficult to budget.
Graduate, Sydney - 02 Mar 2017
Pay seems to be in line with the market, but the market is perhaps a little compressed. Supply/demand dynamic isn't great for pay at the junior level.
Graduate, Melbourne - 02 Mar 2017
I haven't had much experience with bonuses as I've only started recently, but the grad starting salary is generous.
Graduate, Brisbane - 02 Mar 2017
The pay for a first year graduate exceeded my expectations. I think given our experience and that PLT is paid for, we are remunerated well.
Graduate, Sydney - 02 Mar 2017
Standard for graduate legal market.
