There are useful orientations for all key kinds of work, which is great as a starting point.

The training is very thorough. You get overall training about the firm and then specific training that is relevant to your graduate rotation.

Could have more hard legal skills.

We had some intensive training before we started (computers and research skills), and have some ongoing fortnightly training.

There is a 4 day induction to introduce the firm and its policies. There is also more specific training provided for different practice areas.

The training process for grads is intense. In addition to 2 weeks of training first up, grads rotate through 3 practice areas (6 months per rotation) before submitting preferences of where they'd like to settle.

There is ample training from library training to technology training. I've picked up a range of professional and personal skills.

We began the graduate program with a one week induction, with ongoing training sessions coming up. There are also training sessions for every rotation while on the graduate program. These involve both soft skills such as communication, organisational and managing our workload; and skills relating to use of technology, document management and research.

High quality and continuous.

KWM has a great graduate training program. It starts with an induction program and then continues as you rotate through different practice groups.

Extremely useful training. Could do more work for my practice area though - Employment.

By the end of training, we have all the tools we need to learn on the job.

Fantastic training - technical legal skills, technological training, personal development training, broad practice group training, specific team training.

Most of the trainings are very useful, only issue is that a lot of trainings are national ones by video conference - could feel hard to concentrate sometimes without face-to-face interaction.

Excellent training - not all done in one week, it is ongoing and supportive.

Informal training so far has been great, with lawyers putting in lots of time to help your learning. Formal training is also great.

Extensive training for new graduates and fresh training at the commencement of each new rotation. Training covers legal knowledge, practice skills and commercial know-how. Mostly taught by Solicitors and Senior Associates, who are well-placed to explain the work undertaken by and expectations on junior solicitors.

The training is second to none here.
