1. Initial screening - CV and answer basic questions about what you studied, your eligibility etc. 2. Psychometric testing - online test 3. Video Interview - respond to 4 behavioural questions 4. Engagement Centre - case study with other candidates, speed interview, networking 5. One-on-Two interview - 30min interview with one HR and one Business rep 6. Exec Panel - Present a prepared 5 min PP presentation about yourself and motivation to work at the company. 15mins of Q&A 7. Offer

The recruitment process had testing and then a video interview, assessment center, face to face interview and an interview panel with the ELT. I thought it was a great way to see the companies culture and learn more about it.

Online application, online testing, video interview, assessment center day, one-on-one interview, interview with the Executive Leadership Team. It is a very rigorous process and Kraft Heinz are really trying to figure out whether you will fit in with the Company's culture. I think it is very similar to other graduate program's recruiting processes, but does push you to be your best and you learn a lot along the way.

Prepare specific and measurable examples of when you have demonstrated key skills and values. - Research the company and FMCG industry. Know what is happening in the media that involves the company. - Have questions prepared and don't be afraid to ask - Visit stores to research our products. Know what we sell, in what categories, look at our packaging etc.
