Software training and support provided. Continual professional development provided via graduate program requirements.

There are a number of online training modules which don't provide much additional information and it is hard to find the time to complete them. the in person training sessions have been useful so far

Minimal training offered to engineers.

All the graduates get training, and we have plenty of site-wide training too. I would like the option for more technical training related to my role.

There are many training programs for graduates including the CiDD waterproofing and fire workshop as well as the construction planning workshops that run over a couple of months. I now understand about the design requirements for waterproofing and fire.

There are regular training programs at the company but I find it hard to find time to attend.

The company offers a range of training courses and it is encouraged that graduates make use of these. Managers are reluctant to approve however as these courses get charged back to the project (when the project is working to a profit margin already).

Lendlease training is one of the best aspect of the company, the graduate program has a large program of compulsory and optional courses that are very useful to my role. Attendance of these courses is supported 100% by the company.

Formal training has been great. Get paid for the time, can sign up for additional training - however you are running projects and will have to catch up on the work at sometime

Plenty of training - a lot compulsory in grad program. All interesting.

There are multiple courses, both compulsory and non compulsory. Each help you learn different skills. The company really does care about learning and development.

Since beginning with the company I have completed my formal induction, along with an induction to a mine site (as part of a project) but have not received any formal training otherwise.

Some is very helpful, others are a little irrelevant

The graduate course has a range of compulsory training that must be completed over the two year period. These include time management, site specific issues, software use, etc. I picked up good productivity skills from one course.

Extremely good. The skills and exposure to a variety of construction and project management techniques through training programmes is a real credit to the org.

There are array of programs available. Most of these are short courses and therefore not all the information "sticks". It is always good to get the opportunity to learn new content and skills and the company gives plenty of opportunities to do this i.e. presentation skills, influencing skills, finance / excel refreshers.
