Good working hours, compared to other companies in the industry. Don't have to work overtime often. Flexible start/finish times.
Graduate, Sydney - 25 Jul 2016
Work hours are relatively long 7am-4:30pm sometimes even skipping lunch breaks (Including some Saturdays). I haven't really needed much flexibility
Graduate, Sydney - 24 Jul 2016
Work long hours, including every second Saturday currently. they can be flexible if you have a reason like as appointment etc.
Graduate, Melbourne - 22 Jul 2016
Averaging in excess of 60hrs per week. Company is flexible with hours however workload does not allow for flexibility.
Graduate, Port Macquarie - 20 Jul 2016
Could be a lot better. I spend 10 hours on site and the commute is pretty far. However, when I need a few hours to do personal stuff (and don't have something pressing to do) nobody minds if I disappear for a bit.
Graduate, Sydney - 20 Jul 2016
Work hours are highly flexible and do not require onerous time spent at work.
Graduate, Sydney - 19 Jul 2016
The company is very flexible unless you work on the construction sites (They have strict, long hours due to the nature of the work). The office is fine as long as you do your work and are seen turning up.
Graduate, Sydney - 19 Jul 2016
The flexibility is fantastic, however I am not happy by the culture in the construction industry of being frowned upon when you start after 7:30 and or finish before 5:30. This is not a Lendlease specific issue.
Graduate, Melbourne - 19 Jul 2016
Not really flexible at all if you're a site engineer. 7am - 5:30pm mid week, plus a Saturday roster - you'll do every 2nd Saturday approx.
Graduate, Sydney - 19 Jul 2016
As I work on site, I work 7am to 4pm. My work hours are flexible, if I need to leave for an appointment there is always no issues.
Graduate, Adelaide - 19 Jul 2016
Not flexible and minimum weeks of 60hrs.
Midlevel, Sydney - 19 Jul 2016
I work 6.30 to 6-7. I believe my hours are too long compared to being paid for only 8. My supervisor is great with flexibility of hours, however very reasonable.
Graduate, Sydney - 19 Jul 2016
My area works much more achievable hours than other business units. I might stay back till 8 or 9pm but only during a short crunch period. Other than that 5-6pm.
Graduate, Melbourne - 19 Jul 2016
The hours a flexible to an extent, but you must put a lot of hours to get your workload done.
Graduate, Brisbane - 19 Jul 2016
7am-6pm most days, shorter day saturday, some saturdays off but it has been busy lately as the project is winding down. Reasonably flexible otherwise where required
Graduate, Sydney - 19 Jul 2016
Work is flexible but the nature of the work requires lots of face time on site.
Graduate, Melbourne - 19 Jul 2016
My contract specifies a number of hours however during my first few weeks I was told that in the office I had to bump up my hours because I had to prove myself to the team.
Graduate, Brisbane - 19 Jul 2016
Current work hours: Mon-Thurs 6:45am-6pm, Fri 6:45am-4:30pm, Every second Saturday 8am-2pm
Graduate, Melbourne - 19 Jul 2016
Fairly flexible, it depends on what part of the business you work in.
Graduate, Sydney - 19 Jul 2016
The hours can be quite long. I have spent several nights at the office until 9 or 10pm trying to meet a deadline. They can also be flexible though, if you need to attend an appointment or leave early for personal reason I have never been questioned and have always been allowed to leave.
