During office hours culture is very down to earth and laid back, also there is high expectations work will be completed

Safety culture is supported by reporting, identifying and controlling risks and possible hazards. Drivers are committed to their work and proud of the equipment they use. Shift change over is the best time to chat to drivers, socialise and chat as a team.

It is mostly a good culture, there is high emphasis on the safety and wellbeing of the company's people. Depending on which area you work.

Very good culture over all. Hierarchy is something that isn't recognised a lot. Everyone has a job to do and goes about it in the best way possible giving 100% all of the time. Everyone is committed long beyond the standard 8hr day and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. On a social aspect everyone is welcoming and the grad social culture is very good

Strong safety culture and the uniqueness of being a family business. There's a stronger team feeling than in my previous workplaces.

All staff are very friendly and approachable, you are treated with respect from everyone.

We are a small site with one manager, one supervisor and under 20 employees.

There are many positives about the culture at Linfox. The company seems open minded about providing opportunities for individuals from all areas of the organisation to advance into roles of greater responsibility.

In the office is good, nice friendly people, however we lack youth (has been nice with the latest graduate intake), after hour involvement with colleagues is fairly minimal.

During work hours there is usually a lot of mutual respect for each other. Outside people do socialise depending on the level of close bond.

So far in my experience the hierarchy is quite clear, but I have met very nice people despite their seniority. The structure of the company is great because it means there's room to be promoted, there are many tiers. People are generally co-operative, and helpful. Teamwork is there, and people work together quite well in my experience. The culture is pretty social, and there is a good sense of inclusion and fun amongst your colleagues.

Very light hearted, but when it comes down to it, everyone knows exactly when and how to get stuck in and work in unison to achieve the goal.

Culture is outstanding both in and after office hours. Smaller pool of managers in comparison with the large amount of employees, teamwork and cooperation from all levels.
