Our Employee Health and Benefits business works with employers to assist them in providing a suite of valued insurance programs to their workforce. The insurance programs include private health insurance, salary continuance (an insurance that provides salary replacement in the event that the employee is unable to work due to injury or illness), life insurance (a lump sum benefit in the event of the death of an employee), international health insurance (medical cover for employees who are posted overseas), corporate travel and income protection. Our team works closely with clients (usually their HR department) to design the insurance programs and help administer them. We also work closely with the insurance market to ensure that we can secure competitive products on behalf of our clients.
