The MECCA Brands Graduate Program is an all-access pass to your future as a leader in our fast-growing business. We are looking for highly driven, curious and innovative Graduates who aren't afraid to challenge the rules on a two-year accelerated journey through different parts of our business. Whatever your academic background, you will find opportunities in our Graduate Program to drive change, innovate and go places! We recruit our graduates to meet the needs of the business, which is why this year we're looking for a small group of talented and diverse Graduates to join us in 2021. Our program is open to everyone with interests and degrees in all areas, and we would particularly love to hear from you if you are passionate about technology, digital, strategy, and/or merchandise!

We are looking for innovative Graduates with a diverse range of experiences

You do not need to hold any particular degree to be able to apply for the MECCA Brands Graduate Program. We're looking for Graduates with a range of academic qualifications and interests who can be successful in many different roles.

A Graduate role is your all-access pass to your future with MECCA Brands

Our Graduates will complete up to four rotations in different departments, each approximately six months long. The rotations provide our Graduates with an all-access pass to a variety of departments within our Support Centre in Melbourne. It is an exclusive opportunity to expose yourself to a variety of work and practical experience within the Support Centre and to launch your career as one of our future game-changers. The rotations will allow you to explore which areas of the business you are most passionate about and where you would ideally like to find an ongoing role at the end of the Graduate program.

Eligibility to apply for the 2021 MECCA Brands Graduate Program

If you can answer 'yes' to each of the following questions, we'd love to receive your application:
• Do you (or by the end of this year, will you) hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university?
• Did you (or by the end of this year, will you) complete the last of your university studies in 2018, 2019 or 2020?
• Do you have a weighted average mark of 65 or more?
• Are you based in Melbourne or are you willing to relocate to Melbourne for the Graduate program commencing in late January / early February 2021?
• Are you an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or do you hold Australian Permanent Residency?
• Do you have previous or current experience working in one of our MECCA stores? If not, are you available from October 2020 to January 2021 to work as a Summer Store Host in your local MECCA Brands store, to learn about our amazing customers and exclusive products?
• Are you passionate about going places with your career and becoming a future leader of MECCA Brands?

Commencement dates

For Graduates with current or past experience in a MECCA Brands store, the program starts in our Support Centre in Melbourne in late January / early February 2021 (we'll confirm the precise date with successful applicants).

For Graduates without in-store MECCA experience, you will receive in-store training in October 2020 and join us in your local MECCA store as a Summer Store Casual Host from late October 2020 to mid-January 2021, before joining the rest of the Graduate cohort in our Support Centre in Melbourne in late January / early February 2021. If you are interested in joining the Retail store team before October – even better!
